Orders within the UAE are delivered within 3–5 working days through a trusted courier partner. Each piece is packed carefully so the velvet, embroidery and finishing arrive with their texture protected.
International shipping will be available at the official launch. Until then, the pre-launch service is focused on UAE customers so every order can be prepared and followed with personal attention.

ReturnsBecause each piece is handcrafted and prepared in limited quantities, all sales are final. If you have any quality concern, it will be handled personally and with care.
Velvet CareSpot clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid rubbing the pile or using harsh cleaning agents.
Embroidery CareStore flat where possible, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, and keep beadwork, sequins and threadwork away from sharp objects.
